钢管的内外表面不得有裂纹、折叠、轧扎、离层和结疤存在。这些缺陷完全清除,清除深度不得超过公称壁厚的负偏差,其清理处实际壁厚不得小于壁厚所允许的最小值。 冷拔(轧)钢管:不大于公称壁厚的4%(壁厚小于1.4mm的直道允许深度0.05mm),最大深度不大于0.30mm。 不超过壁厚负偏差的缺陷允许存在。 |
